Shipping costs

Post and packing is charged at £2.50 for orders up to £20 and free for orders over £20 for the UK mainland. Overseas postage will be advised and approved before dispatch.

Payments

Payments can be made using paypal, or by credit card online. If you prefer you may print off your order form, and send it with a cheque or credit card details. If paying by cheque, please allow an extra 3 days for delivery. Telephone orders are welcome.

Delivery times

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible to arrive within 5-7 working days. Please allow 10 days for delivery, especially at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Deliveries to remote locations can take up to 3 days longer.

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are an indication only, although we will try our utmost to keep to the time stated. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery, especially if the order is large or heavy.

Escentuals does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Every care is taken into giving you a quality product you will enjoy. To ensure you get the full benefit of any product always follow the instructions, and it is advisable to do a patch test first before you start using it, to check for any reactions.

Escentuals cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by mis-use of the products.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery. You must tell us within seven working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item. You will find a dispatch note with your order. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your package, please notify us immediately by calling 07850854365 (9.00am - 5.30 Monday to Friday) or emailing us on escentuals@btinternet.com
